Gregory’s had a wide-ranging radio career that’s included time at the Radio Authority as Deputy Head of Finance and at GCap Media where he was the group’s Corporate Development Director. At GCap (and GWR before it) Gregory played a central role in the creation of Digital One and the local multiplex network, NOWdigital as well as developing new radio services like Fun Radio. |

Matt Deegan is Folder Media’s Creative Director with responsibility for online projects and the development of the Station Operations part of the business.Email matt@foldermedia.co.uk or call on 020 7739 7879Before joining Folder, Matt worked at the Radio Academy, looking after member services, and at GCap Media as a Corporate Development Executive. Prior to leaving GCap, Matt was responsbile for GCap’s local digital multiplex network, its shareholdings in regional multiplexes and the application for new digital licences. Matt was also involved with the creation of Fun Radio, Chill and wrote XFM’s winning application for the new South Wales FM licence. |

Nicky is one of the UK’s most experienced multiplex managers, having been responsible for the smooth running of the NOWdigital and DRG London multiplex networks. Before taking on that role, Nicky was part of the team that launched the first national commercial digital services Core and Planet Rock. |

Deanna is also the Managing Director of the radio research company Hallett Arendt and has been responsible for more successful analogue and digital licence applications than anyone else in the UK. |
